Do not sell or share
Connextrix LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We are therefore in the position of being able to say that nothing needs to be switched off — but you remain entitled to tell us formally, and this page explains how.
Our position
We have never sold personal information. We have never shared personal information with advertising networks, data brokers or any other party for the purpose of advertising to you elsewhere. This site carries no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking, as described in our cookie policy. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, or a comparable law gives you a right to direct an organisation not to sell or share, our answer is simply that we do neither.
What we do hold
Only what you send us: the details entered in one of our two enquiry forms and the correspondence that follows. That information is used to answer you and, where an engagement follows, to perform it. It is never exchanged for money or for anything else of value, and it is never used to build a profile for advertising.
How to record an instruction
If you would like your instruction recorded anyway — for your own file, or because your organisation requires a written statement — please use our enquiry form on the reach us page and write in the message field: do not sell or share. You may also write directly to [email protected] or telephone +1 (303) 555-0147. We will reply in writing confirming that no sale or sharing takes place and recording your instruction against your contact details.
What happens to your instruction
We enter the instruction in a short register kept for exactly this purpose, and we apply it to any future contact. Because we hold no advertising data, there is nothing further to delete on that account — but if you also wish us to delete your enquiry details, ask in the same message and we will do so under the rights described in our privacy policy.
Authorised agents
You may ask someone to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written authorisation signed by you, or for evidence that the person holds a power of attorney, and we will act on the request exactly as if you had made it yourself.
Verification and timing
We acknowledge within ten business days and aim to complete any related request within forty-five days. We verify identity using information we already hold wherever possible, and we do not ask you to send more than is necessary to establish that a request is genuine.
No discrimination
Exercising this or any other privacy right will not affect the service you receive, the price you are quoted, or the way we correspond with you. If you believe otherwise, tell us directly: that is a complaint we would want to answer rather than defend.
